A simple little fix adding in the proper top speed for the Amtrak F59PHI's and the proper max power.

Changes -

Max Speed is now 110

Max Power is now 2386kW

Note: This download just contains upgraded .eng files, and does not include the 3DTrains Surfliner Trainset.
